Cancellation and return instructions

1. Return period

You may request a return within 14 days after receiving the goods. EU consumers have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within this period without giving a reason.

Email info@emiliadelloro.eu with your order number and the items you wish to return. We will provide instructions and confirm the exact return address. Do not send goods to our registered office unless we have expressly confirmed it as the return address for that return.

2. Item condition

During the statutory 14-day period, you may handle the item only as necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning. You are responsible for diminished value caused by handling beyond that.

3. Costs and shipping

For a change-of-mind withdrawal, you bear the direct return cost unless we agree otherwise or the law requires otherwise. Tracked shipping is recommended. If goods are defective, damaged, incorrect or non-conforming, contact us promptly; return costs and the statutory remedy are at our expense where required by law.

4. Exceptions

The withdrawal right does not apply in cases provided by law, including goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised. A discount alone does not remove return rights. Exceptions do not affect rights relating to defects or non-conformity.

5. Exchanges

For an exchange, contact us first. Depending on availability, we may offer a direct exchange or a return followed by a new order.

6. Refunds

For a valid withdrawal, we refund payments received, including the least expensive standard outbound delivery charge, within 14 days after being notified. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or evidence that they were sent back, whichever occurs first. Refunds use the original payment method unless expressly agreed otherwise and carry no fee from us; your bank or payment provider may need additional processing time.
