Bulgaria
- Standard delivery: €4.99.
- Free standard delivery for orders of €100 or more.
The free-shipping threshold is calculated on product value after applicable discounts and before delivery charges, unless checkout clearly states otherwise.
The exact available method, charge and any estimated timeframe are shown at checkout before final order confirmation. If a method is not shown for an entered address, it is not available for that address.
Outside Bulgaria
We do not currently promise international delivery. An order outside Bulgaria can be placed only if checkout expressly displays an active shipping method and price for that country and address.
Processing, tracking and delays
After accepting an order, we send confirmation and tracking information when available. Any delivery timeframe shown is an estimate. We will notify you of a known material delay. Carrier delays or events beyond our reasonable control do not limit your statutory rights.
The customer is responsible for an accurate address and contact details. If a parcel is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address or non-collection, we will contact the customer about reshipment and the applicable actual cost.
Damaged or missing parcels
Inspect the parcel on receipt and contact info@emiliadelloro.eu promptly about visible damage, missing contents or an incorrect item, with the order number and photographs where possible.
