Terms of service

1. Merchant and scope

These terms govern emiliadelloro.eu and sales by EDO FASHION GROUP Ltd., registered at 23 27 July Street, Varna, Bulgaria, email info@emiliadelloro.eu, trading as Emilia Dell’Oro. Shopify provides the technical platform, but the sales contract is between you and EDO FASHION GROUP Ltd. Mandatory Bulgarian and EU consumer rights are not limited by these terms.

2. Products and information

We aim to describe products, materials, dimensions, colours and prices accurately. Minor visual differences may result from screen settings or natural material variations. We may correct obvious errors. If an error affects an order, we will offer confirmation on corrected terms or cancellation and refund.

3. Orders and contract formation

Submitting an order is an offer to buy. An automated receipt does not necessarily constitute acceptance. A contract is formed when we confirm acceptance or dispatch, or fulfil the order. We may refuse or cancel an order for lack of stock, an obvious error, inability to take payment or deliver, suspected fraud, or another lawful reason. Any captured amount will be refunded through the original payment method.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are in EUR. The final product price, applicable taxes and separate delivery charge are shown before the order is confirmed. Available payment methods are those shown at checkout and may be processed by independent providers.

5. Delivery

We deliver only where checkout displays an active shipping method. Current charges and conditions are in the Shipping Policy. Risk passes to an EU consumer when the goods are physically received by the consumer or their nominated third party, other than the carrier, unless applicable law provides otherwise.

6. Withdrawal, returns and statutory rights

EU consumers have a statutory 14-day right to withdraw from a distance contract after receiving the goods, subject to the Return and Refund Policy. Consumers retain statutory conformity rights and the legal guarantee under applicable Bulgarian and EU law. Remedies for defective or non-conforming goods are provided without cost where required by law.

7. Acceptable use and intellectual property

Site content, designs, photographs, text, graphics, logos and trade marks are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights and may be used only for personal, non-commercial purposes. Illegal access, fraud, rights violations, malicious code, unauthorised data extraction and interference with site security are prohibited.

8. Third-party services and liability

Third-party services and links may have their own terms. This does not affect our responsibility as seller under our contract with you. We do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights.

9. Privacy

10. Governing law and disputes

Bulgarian law applies without depriving an EU consumer of mandatory protections in their country of habitual residence. We will first try to resolve disputes through good-faith communication; consumers may use competent alternative-dispute bodies and courts under applicable law.

11. Changes and contact

We may update these terms for future dealings. The version shown when an order is submitted applies to that order.
